Terms of Service
1. Services
We offer remote administrative support and personal assistance services, which may include:
- Organizational support
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Research and information compilation
- Coordination of everyday tasks
All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Service Description
Our services are limited to administrative support and organizational assistance. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional services that require licensure. Clients are responsible for verifying and using the information provided appropriately.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary to perform requested services. Everyday Flow LLC cannot be held responsible for delays or errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.
4. Payment Terms
- Services are invoiced after completion, unless an alternative arrangement is agreed upon in writing.
- Invoices are issued electronically and are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and ACH bank transfers through secure third-party processors.
- Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
We may keep records of completed work, correspondence, and deliverables as proof of services rendered and fulfillment of client requests.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
- Due to the nature of administrative and time-based services, fees are based on work performed.
- If a client has concerns regarding the services provided, they agree to contact Everyday Flow LLC promptly so the issue can be addressed in good faith.
- Clients may cancel scheduled services with reasonable notice. Any work completed or in progress at the time of cancellation will be billed accordingly.
- Refunds, credits, or adjustments may be issued on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Everyday Flow LLC.
6. Service Availability
We strive to provide prompt and reliable assistance; however, response times may vary based on workload and the nature of the requested services.
7. Authorization
By submitting payment, clients authorize Everyday Flow LLC to charge the provided payment method for agreed-upon services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everyday Flow LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
10. No Guarantees
While we aim to deliver high-quality assistance, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the services provided.
11. Acceptable Use
Clients agree not to request services that are illegal, unethical, or violate applicable laws.
12. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not share sensitive information except as required to provide services or as required by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
14. Disputes and Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Everyday Flow LLC to resolve any billing or service issues before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any concerns promptly and fairly.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
